Our data center is located in Minnetonka Minnesota, with an additional backup site in Milwaukee. The center has a 99.98% service level agreement with us for up-time. All databases are backed up and stored remotely and we also back up our code and store it offsite.

We can process remotely in the event of a disaster and have tested our capabilities to process all items from an offsite location. Our most recent offsite processing test was in July of 2015.
